Booking Policy

A $50 deposit is required to secure your consultation appointment. This covers our time in the case of no shows or last minute cancellations. This deposit is redeemable against treatment.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment when the booking is rescheduled in accordance with our cancellation policy. If you do not reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation you will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit. If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.
