These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Muse by Monique (ABN 92 779 320 010), operated by Monique Radatti, located at Shop 8 Midway Arcade, 972 Main Road, Eltham VIC 3095. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

By booking a treatment with Muse by Monique, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 years or older.

• You have provided accurate and complete health information during the consultation process.

• You understand that aesthetic treatments are elective procedures and outcomes may vary between individuals.

2. Bookings and Appointments

2.1 Booking a Treatment

Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or other designated booking platforms. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Muse by Monique.

2.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

2.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.

2.4 Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule. Muse by Monique reserves the right to reschedule any appointment where a client arrives more than 15 minutes late.

3. Consultations and Medical History

All clients are required to complete a health and medical history form prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic treatments. Muse by Monique reserves the right to decline treatment if, in the clinical judgment of the practitioner, a treatment is contraindicated or not in your best interest.

You are responsible for updating Muse by Monique of any changes to your health status at each appointment.

4. Consent

Prior to each treatment, you will be required to sign a written consent form. By signing, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of the nature of the procedure, the potential risks and side effects, realistic outcomes, and any aftercare requirements.

Informed consent may be withdrawn at any time before the commencement of a treatment.

5. Risks and Results

Aesthetic medicine treatments carry inherent risks. While Muse by Monique uses industry-standard techniques and products, individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Common risks include, but are not limited to, bruising, swelling, redness, asymmetry, and in rare cases, complications requiring medical review.

Results vary between patients and are influenced by individual factors including skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice. No specific results are guaranteed.

6. Aftercare

Aftercare instructions will be provided following each treatment. It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare advice. Muse by Monique accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to adhere to aftercare instructions.

7. Fees and Payments

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Muse by Monique accepts payment via methods listed on our booking platform or at the clinic.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Any change will be communicated prior to your treatment.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not available for completed services. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment and we will work with you to address the issue appropriately.

9. Photography

Before and after photographs must be taken for your clinical record. Separate consent will be sought if Muse by Monique wishes to use any images for marketing or educational purposes. You are not obligated to consent to the use of your images.

10. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Muse by Monique's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific treatment in question.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
